Colorado BLM collecting basics
Ordinary Colorado BLM still starts at federal casual use: personal, hand tools, no sale, typical 25/250 cap. Then subtract national parks, monuments, forests with their own orders, state land, and private ranches.
Colorado has more National Forest in the mix than the Utah west desert. Read the forest page. Don’t paste the BLM sentence onto a USFS drainage.
