1. Owner. BLM, SITLA, forest, private, park. Which layer.
2. Overlay. Monument, ACEC, wilderness. Overlays.
3. Claim. Named beds get a pass through MLRS.
4. Cap. Personal use, hand tools, 25 pounds plus one piece on ordinary BLM. Limits.
5. Exit. Downloaded map, water, a bucket you can weigh. Offline maps.
