Dugway geode beds land status
The named Dugway geode beds are BLM, Fillmore Field Office. Personal collecting of common geodes starts from casual use: hand tools, no sale, and the 25-pound reading of reasonable amounts. BLM has published this as a rockhounding area. That is not a promise about the next section.
- Military ground is nearby. A closed sign is a closed sign.
- SITLA and private interrupt the drive. Trust land is not BLM.
- A full bucket of geodes is often the day. Weight.
Different range, different drive: Thomas Range topaz.
